Cheery cherry trade between China and Chile
A total of 356,000 tons of cherries were exported from Chile during the 2021-2022 season, with 88 percent of the total going to China, according to iQonsulting, a consultancy based in Chile's capital Santiago.

China's trade with Chile increased 5.1 percent year on year in the first ten months, with its imports from Latin American country up 10 percent, Gao Feng, spokesman of the Ministry of Commerce told a press conference on Thursday.
